About
NHSC
The nation's first and only Faith Based Political Movement For High Schoolers — building the next generation of leaders across America.
Student-Led.
Faith-Based.
Nationwide.
The National High School Conservatives of America (NHSC) is a student-led organization operating in high schools across the country — and the nation's first and only Faith Based Political Movement For High Schoolers.
We give students the tools, training, and community to act on conservative principles grounded in God, family, and country.

Building
Conservative
Leaders
Our mission is to mobilize high school students around conservative values: limited government, free markets, and strong national leadership — all grounded in faith.
We connect students across the country into a grassroots network. Members learn to lead their peers, engage their schools, and take action in their communities.
Supporting Students
Nationwide
Chapter Development
We help students start and grow chapters at their schools, with direct resources and guidance from the national team.
Leadership Training
Workshops and mentorship programs that build communication skills, political knowledge, and confidence to lead.
National Events
Conventions and regional gatherings where members meet, hear from speakers, and take part in coordinated activism.
Advocacy & Outreach
We train students to engage on local issues, participate in civic life, and represent conservative principles in their communities.
Digital Resources
Members access handbooks, toolkits, and online training. Every student gets what they need to start contributing right away.
Speakers Bureau
Students can request conservative speakers to come speak at their chapters — from policy experts to activists and thought leaders.

What We
Stand For
Faith & Family
Strong values and traditions form the foundation of a functioning society.
Freedom & Liberty
We defend the constitutional rights that protect every American.
Free Enterprise
Capitalism and individual opportunity drive American prosperity.
Leadership & Service
Students lead with integrity and serve their communities with purpose.
Patriotism
We take pride in America's history, culture, and future.
Our Vision
We want young conservatives to be active participants in American politics, not spectators. The next generation should be ready to lead before they leave high school.
NHSC builds that foundation — students who graduate our chapters enter adulthood with the skills, convictions, and networks to lead the conservative movement.
Our History
NHSC was founded on June 9, 2025, by Evan Archer while attending the Leadership Institute's Youth Leadership School in Washington, D.C.
Evan saw a gap: high school students had no national faith-based organization dedicated to conservative leadership. He built one. NHSC has since grown into a grassroots movement active in high schools across the country.

He is also a Leadership Institute speaker and graduate, where he received training in political activism, communications, grassroots organizing, and leadership. Evan has also successfully completed the Hawk Mountain Ranger School Course, an intensive wilderness search and rescue training program, earning the Ranger 2nd Class qualification, which certifies him in advanced wilderness search and rescue skills and operations.
He is also one of the only cadets in Texas currently qualified to support FEMA operations in Geospatial Damage Assessments, a specialized capability used to assess and document damage following major disasters. Through this qualification, Evan has supported more than 10 federally declared disasters, including 5 presidentially declared disasters.
His disaster response experience includes supporting operations following the Spokane, Washington wildfires, Texas Hill Country floods, Missouri floods, Tropical Storm Bavi in Guam, and tornadoes affecting Appleton, Wisconsin, among other major incidents.
Through his combined work in emergency services, search and rescue, geospatial technology, journalism, political activism, and youth leadership, Evan has built a unique platform focused on serving others and developing the next generation of American leaders. His work reflects a commitment to faith, service, leadership, and civic engagement, both in times of crisis and in the public policy arena.

Developing the Next
Generation of Leaders
NHSC's mission includes more than building chapters and expanding membership. The organization also provides students and young leaders with opportunities to develop practical leadership and professional skills.
Through the NHSC National Field Internship Program, interns across the United States gain hands-on experience in grassroots organizing, nonprofit operations, public speaking, communications, fundraising, civic engagement, chapter development, and relationship building.
Interns serve for approximately 3–4 hours per week during an academic semester and work with NHSC's National Field Program to help grow the organization within their communities.
Applications are always open nationwide.
